2. Definitions

For the purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:

• User - a person using the service in the role of Student or Teacher
• Student - a user participating in educational games
• Teacher - a user with permissions to create and manage tasks

3. Registration Requirements

Registration on the service requires providing a valid email address, creating a secure password, and selecting a role (Student/Teacher). Users under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Personal Data Protection

The data controller is Furanto. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and is used solely for the purpose of providing platform services. Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

5. Liability

Users agree to use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the platform in a way that could disrupt its operation or violate the rights of other users.
